Meet Stacey

Integrative Wellness Practitioner

Stacey Lynn
Creator of Hope & Healing

Welcome! I’m Stacey Lynn, and I’m deeply humbled and grateful that you’ve found your way here to learn more about my journey. I consider myself a work in progress—updated, restored, and living in a constant state of gratitude after surviving a life-altering event: cardiac arrest and open-heart surgery in October 2021, during the height of the global pandemic in Boulder, Colorado.

Unbeknownst to me, I had been living with an infection at my mitral valve, experiencing symptoms eerily similar to COVID-19. I was resuscitated, intubated, and placed into a medically induced coma for four days. Even now, recounting this experience fills me with tears and disbelief. Life is so fragile, and I am incredibly blessed to have been given a second chance. My recovery has truly been miraculous.

Before Cardiac, Before COVID (BC):

Before this pivotal event, I spent my life dedicated to self-growth, transformation, and spirituality.

At the age of 22, I began working at a Holistic Day Spa in New York City as an esthetician. There, I trained in reflexology, lymphatic drainage massage, therapeutic body treatments, and received my first Reiki attunement. My passion for healing and spiritual growth deepened as I explored Integrative Nutrition courses, Yoga Teacher Trainings, Pranic Healing workshops, soul retreats, and coursework with global master teachers.

Life’s challenges—including raising two children, navigating a divorce, managing breakups, family struggles, and single parenting—shaped me into who I am today. These experiences, paired with my trainings, inspired the creation of S.H.I.N.E.—a wellness program designed to:

Support

Heal

Inspire

Nurture

Energize

This program has been implemented in yoga studios, schools, camps, corporate offices, health expos, and hospitals, forming the foundation of my life’s work.

After Cardiac, After COVID (AC):

Now, in 2024, as we navigate a world that often feels upside down, my purpose has never been clearer. We live in a time of profound global unrest—a world I nearly didn’t return to. This is a world in desperate need of hope and healing.

My soul’s mission is to share the gifts God has given me: to uplift the spirit, ease suffering, and offer light in the darkness.

May God’s love always be with you.

Namaste,

Stacey Lynn
